Stanley Horton, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director       

Mr. Horton joined Boardwalk in May 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and he is also a director of Boardwalk GP, LLC. With more than 35 years experience in the natural gas and energy industry, Mr. Horton has extensive industry knowledge. His professional background includes not only leading natural gas pipelines, but also serving as CEO or COO with companies engaged in natural gas gathering and processing, crude oil and liquids storage and transportation, and LNG. Mr. Horton has also served on the boards of several industry associations and has chaired the Gas Industry Standards Board, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the Natural Gas Council.

Jamie Buskill, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Mr. Buskill has been the Chief Financial Officer since Boardwalk’s inception in 2005 and served in the same capacity for its predecessor since May 2003.  He was named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer in July 2012.  Mr. Buskill has also held various management roles for Texas Gas since 1986.  He is a member of the Southern Gas Association Accounting and Finance Committee and serves on the board of various charitable organizations.

Patrick Giroir, President, Boardwalk Field Services, LLC

Mr. Giroir became President of Boardwalk Field Services, LLC in October 2011. Prior to his employment with Boardwalk, Mr. Giroir served as Midstream Senior Vice President for Eagle Rock Energy Partners. His energy experience also includes tenures as Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of Regency Energy Partners.

John Haynes, Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer

Mr. Haynes has been Chief Commercial Officer for Boardwalk since February 2009 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Business Development. Prior to joining Boardwalk, Mr. Haynes held various commercial, planning and business development management positions within the pipeline industry.

Richard “Dick” Keyser, Senior Vice President, Operations, Engineering & Construction

Mr. Keyser joined Boardwalk in February 2012 as Senior Vice President of Operations, Engineering and Construction. Prior to joining Boardwalk, he served as SVP of Engineering for NiSource Gas Transmission and Storage. Mr. Keyser also served as Senior Vice President for Cheniere Energy and held positions at several other pipeline companies.

Allen Kirkley, President, Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream, LLC

Mr. Kirkley joined Boardwalk as President of Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream in October 2012, when Boardwalk acquired PL Midstream LLC.  He spent the previous three years as President and Chief Executive Officer of PL Midstream.  His prior experience includes 29 years at Royal Dutch Shell, where Mr. Kirkley served as the VP of Strategy and Portfolio for Shell Chemicals and as the Regional President of Shell Chemicals for the United States.

Michael McMahon, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Secretary

Mr. McMahon has been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Boardwalk since February 2007 and was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Gulf South for the previous six years.  Mr. McMahon has been employed by Gulf South or its predecessors since 1989.  He serves on the legal committees of Interstate Natural Gas Association of America.

Kevin Miller, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream, LLC

Mr. Miller joined Boardwalk as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream in October 2012, when Boardwalk acquired PL Midstream LLC. He spent the previous three years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PL Midstream.  Mr. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in the midstream and upstream business sector, including Regional Manager of Upstream Development at Shell Global Solutions.

Jonathan Nathanson, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Nathanson became Senior Vice President of Corporate Development in February 2011. Prior to his employment at Boardwalk, Mr. Nathanson served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Loews Corporation and was a director of Boardwalk GP, LLC.  Mr. Nathanson began his career as an investment banker in 1989 with a predecessor of Citigroup Inc.
